Failure to perform external commands if the path contains international characters

If a path to the current directory contains international characters ("Øystein Sevåg" in my case, not sure if Bugzilla will handle it properly; the thing is, these characters are not in my native code page), muCommander fails to perform any external commands like launch associated programs and even run commands in Shell window.
