MAC OSX mucommander damaged

Description

Hi
I downloaded the new mucommander today (August 7 2012) and installed on Mac OS Mountain Lion. When opening the app, I get the following message
"mucommander is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash."
Any ideas?
